Sales And Marketing Intern

We are looking for an enthusiastic sales & marketing intern to join our sales & marketing department and provide creative ideas to help achieve our goals.

 

You will have creative and administrative duties in developing and implementing sales & marketing strategies.

​

As a sales & marketing intern, you will collaborate with our team in all stages of sales cycle and marketing campaigns. Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand, and maintain our marketing channels.

 

This internship will help you gain broad experience in marketing and should be prepared to enter any fast-paced work environment.

Requirements

  • Collecting quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns

  • Perform market analysis and research on competition

  • Support the team in daily administrative tasks

  • Design and implement marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media)

  • Prepare promotional presentations

  • Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)

Production Operator

Blossom is looking for a motivated Production Operator to join our Production team in Benavente.

​

You will support daily manufacturing activities, working in accordance with approved procedures and our quality, safety and cGMP standards.

 

This is a hands-on role in a fast-growing and highly regulated industry, with the opportunity to develop your skills and grow alongside Blossom.

Requirements

  • Minimum 12th-grade education

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is valued

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • GMP/GACP experience or training is a plus

  • Comfortable working in direct contact with cannabis material

  • Location: Benavente, Portugal
    Salary Range: €13,000–€15,000 gross/year

Accounting Assistant

Blossom is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Assistant to join our Finance team in Benavente.

​

You will support the daily accounting operations of Blossom Portugal, including invoices, reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, and month-end activities.

 

This is an opportunity to develop your finance career within a growing international company operating in a dynamic and evolving industry.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in accounting or finance

  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field is a plus

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Portuguese and strong English skills

  • Good knowledge of Excel

  • Experience with ERP systems, particularly Business Central or Navision, is valued

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

  • Location: Benavente, Portugal
    Salary Range: €18,000–€25,000 gross/year

Sales Account Manager

Blossom is looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Account Manager to manage and develop key client relationships, ensuring seamless post-sale execution and supporting Blossom’s growth.

You will work closely with commercial, operational and supply teams, combining hands-on account management with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for account growth within a fast-paced and regulated environment.
